Academic Challenge
East Forest Elementary students, under the guidance of teacher Mr. John Wortman, participated in the Academic Challenge Scrimmage #1 at the Clarion Riverview Intermediate Unit #6 on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024. They placed fourth in the competition. Other school districts that participated included Titusville, Cranberry, Brookville, and Clarion Limestone. Some of the topics that comprised the challenge questions were world religions, American History, works of literature, spelling, and cities in California. The Forest Area students will be competing in the Academic Challenge Finals this coming January.
