Two West Forest students were selected to participate in PMEA’s District Choir Festival, which was held from February 5-7 at River Valley High School, in Blairsville, PA. Senior, Kyla Morrison (alto 1) and Junior, Macalie Hoffmann (soprano 2) rehearsed under the direction of Dr. Ryan Beeken, Director of Choral activities at Wichita State University. The 190 member choir consisted of students from 26 different high schools. At the end of the festival, they presented an outstanding concert to a full house who thoroughly enjoyed the performance.
